First Preston’s Inventory of Homes

First Preston manages and markets a wide variety of homes across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Our inventory consists of Government-Owned homes we market for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD-owned) and Bank-Owned homes we market for financial institutions. We receive Government-Owned and Bank-Owned homes into our online inventory after the properties have been through the foreclosure process and conveyed. Sometimes these foreclosed properties are referred to in the real estate industry as REO (real estate owned) properties.

View the menu on the left for the information you need on our online buying process, how to find a real estate professional, answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs), helpful links and homebuyer training seminars presented by First Preston and our community partners. Most importantly, click on " Property Listings" to see one of the largest selections of affordable housing in the country. Visit often, because our inventory of homes is updated weekly, and we want to match our homes with your needs.

Government-Owned Homes

First Preston, in cooperation with various businesses, manages and markets Government-Owned homes throughout the nation including Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, New Mexico and Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. View the list of available HUD-owned properties marketed by First Preston in these states and Puerto Rico by clicking on " Property Listings." Our new inventory of HUD-owned homes are added weekly, so check this section frequently.

Bank-Owned Homes

First Preston manages and markets Bank-Owned properties across the United States. Bank-owned properties are posted each Tuesday for a seven-day period. All offers received during this interval are considered as though they were received simultaneously and will be reviewed by First Preston on the next business day after the offer period. After the initial seven-day offer period, bids submitted thereafter will be reviewed daily. Real estate professionals registered on BidSelect may submit offers for properties as soon as they are listed as available on the Internet. To locate available Bank-Owned properties for sale and place bids on Bank-Owned properties, please click on the " Property Listings" link.
