Job Description:
The Title Research and Clearing Specialist provides technical title research and title curative services to ensure real property assets have clear title for marketing and sale. This position must have a working knowledge of real estate documents including legal descriptions of properties and documents required in the successful closing of real estate asset sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years working with a title company.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate title issues and real estate closing process.
• Demonstrated skill in the preparation of property analysis and progress reports.
• Knowledge of technical and financial terminology to properly classify materials.
